The portrayal of cannabis in recent history has stunted positive consumption within mainstream culture. It has kept cannabis stigmatized as rebellious and with low socioeconomic standing. The vision of 421Blvd is to counter this by promoting a lifestyle that is balanced, healthy, and knowledgeable, infused with cannabis.
